  3. How do you find prospective interview and job opportunities for your clients?
We have invested heavily in sophisticated research tools and methods to seek out new and different types of opportunities. We use our research protocol and tools to find the decision-makers within a company to whom we can introduce our Client to. We never settle on talking to or dealing with a Human Resources generalist unless we are forced to do so. When we find a potential opportunity, we "make the call" and introduce our client just as an agent would present an artist or actor to a director or producer for a specific project or role. Our advocacy, representation, and sales skills get us to the decision-makers who will hire our Clients. We invest a lot of time in follow-up, phone calls, and hunting down the right people to meet and talk to (that is if we don't already have the relationship). We present our Clients to companies with current job needs and to others who may develop or have future needs. Our advocacy and sales skills provide a solid platform for finding the best job opportunities and for getting our Clients ahead of others on the list for future openings. We warn our Clients that while we strive to place everyone, we cannot guarantee a job offer. We can guarantee that we will provide valuable contacts, leads, and professional introductions that may develop into business opportunities later.

  4. Are there Career Managers within Princeton Executive Group who specialize in my field?
Sometimes we have Career Managers, who specialize in specific fields, but for the most part our Career Managers are trained to place in all industries and they work as a team to do so. We also work as a team to support each other with our client search projects. Rather than have one specialist, we find it better to have a managing team who can work and network in all industries.

  5. What type of pre-interview coaching do you offer? Is there an opportunity to have my interview technique critiqued and obtain an objective review?
All of our Career Managers are prepared to cover basic pre-interview coaching based on the situational specifics of the opportunity. We will prep you for each relevant interview that develops, whether it be by phone or in person.

  6. How do you find the available job opportunities versus what I could find myself?
We work day in and day out from the start of your campaign to research, find, contact and meet with the best companies and hiring professionals in your specific target industry. Those that we believe to be only the best match for you and your talent. As we progress, we fine-tune our efforts and marketing plan to identify and target the right companies and individuals within each company prior to introducing you. We then work to obtain the formal introduction and/or interview. We introduce talent to talent and we only work with a select clientele - the most talented professionals, the best-of-the-best.

  7. So how long will you work for me - do you just give up after so much time?
OUR CLIENTS REMAIN UNDER OUR REPRESENTATION UNTIL WE FIND THEM THE "RIGHT" OPPORTUNITY, but for this reason we are quite selective as to the type of clientele we choose to represent.

  8. If your company is based in Florida, how can you work for me in New York (or some other state)?
First of all we work WORLDWIDE. With technology (phones, computers, faxes, webcams) being a mainstay of today's world and business world for that matter. This is a FAST PACED business, we do not need to have formal lunches or dinners to introduce our Client, thus phone/email is the best way to do this coupled with our web based Client Portfolios. The power of our correspondence, reputation and human voice is how we work and have worked successfully for many years.

  14. Do you have a spam policy? Princeton Executive Group is a Career Management and Marketing firm and we make extensive use of email to communicate our message to those who are interested in our services or to conduct a highly targeted campaign for our clients who are in the job market and who do not wish to rely on "traditional methods" that are not reliable or reputable. Our clients are typically senior level executives who are not a typical "job hunters" who may find their way to a new position via an online resume service or job board. Thus our clients hire us to attract further visibility and create "the buzz" that may not be credible or obtainable via a resume service or recruiter. They are typically executives who also do not want current employers to know of their job search.  Our clients have also hired us to do the investigation and due diligence to "inquire" and network on their behalf as their agent and representative. With that said, our work is also conducted on the phone or in person in conjunction with any email correspondence that we may communicate through.

Our use of email is purely for communication and networking reasons (in some cases our client will introduce him/herself via our email system - so that we may help them monitor the great influx that a campaign my bring and in other cases one of our agents will communicate on a client's behalf). We do not rent our researched contact lists to any other commercial organization. We serve a very specialized segment of the market and any kind of mass market advertising is a waste of our time and money.

We follow all NO SPAM guidelines in that our contact information is offered on all emails (address, phone, contact person) as well as on our website. If you are not interested in participating in our networking approach and do not wish to be contacted (via email or phone) we will honor this request. To be removed from future communications please Reply to any introductory or campaign email you may have received from us with the subject line "Unsubscribe."
