Our process and ultimate goal is to establish, develop and maintain key relationships in targeted companies aligned with the Client's preference. The Career Manager leads the project and maintains communication with the Princeton Executive Group Research/Marketing Team, the targeted company contacts, and the Client. This model is primarily conducted in six stages that repeat as often as necessary to get to our end goal and result.
- Identify Current Contacts. As Career Marketing professionals, Princeton Executive Group maintains a database of relationships with thousands of companies, decision makers and hiring professionals around the world to include: Senior Executives of Fortune 1000 Companies, Venture Capital and Private Equity Firm Principals, Small Business Owners (over 100 employees) and the top retained executive search agents in the world. We focus on client's specific industry and job title as well as geographical location or desire, in order to start the introduction and exposure process as soon as possible. Our current contacts communicate with us on a regular basis to keep us abreast of current needs within their companies and the overall market place.
- Target New Contacts & Companies. Once exhausting our current contact list and continuing into a follow up process with these contacts, we start to investigate new contacts and opportunities for the Client's specific career goals and experiences. Using the best of online service, publicly available sources, and application technology, Princeton Executive Group Research begins to create a list of target companies for the retained Client.
- Identify Influential Contacts within Targeted Companies. Princeton Executive Group Research identifies potential influential contacts within the companies that have been targeted. Contact information is confirmed.
- Construct Introduction, Correspondence, Communication and Follow-up. Princeton Executive Group Research/Marketing will prepare a customized client portfolio to promote the Client and create interest and exposure that can lead to a meeting or interview. The Managing Team will continually follow up and pursue the hottest leads and the most interested parties until an end result has been achieved. Follow-up consists of either emails or phone calls depending on how the contact likes to communicate best. Once a contact is interested in meeting the Client, an interview will usually be the next logical step.
- Interview Strategy. Once the interview is set, a customized interview preparation process will be implemented in order to maximize the outcome.
- Compensation Strategy. Once the offer has been made, the Career Manager will advise the client on:
- Base Compensation
- Signing Bonus
- Equity Opportunity
- Contract Review
- Severance Agreement
- Benefits Package
